2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

  • We accept multiple secure payment modes (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.).

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be altered or cancelled without prior approval.

 

3. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product type and location.

  • For custom or made-to-order items, timelines will be shared during booking.

  • While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics or external conditions. We will always keep you informed.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.

  • Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

5. Warranty

  • Some products come with a limited warranty (details provided at the time of purchase).

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear & tear, mishandling, or usage outside intended purpose.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, and text — belongs to Attraction Furnishing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
